Hypersonix named a ‘Cool Vendor’ by Gartner

Our team is excited to announce that Hypersonix has been selected by Gartner as a ‘cool vendor’ within the food​ ​/​ ​retail industry. We’ve been working hard to share our AI-driven, natural language solution with industry analysts and thought leaders, and feel it’s an honor that a prestigious organization like Gartner has taken notice.

Every year, Gartner publishes a report that selects ‘cool vendors’ in various technology areas. This year, Hypersonix was selected! To be considered for this global report, Gartner looks at emerging companies that are innovative, impactful and intriguing. Here’s how we believe we fit the bill.

Innovative

We’re really about completely transforming age-old processes within the food and retail industries. For decades now, our customers have had only been able to look in the rearview mirror, so to speak. They could study what happened a week or a month ago, but then their decisions were essentially based on gut instincts informed by experience.

Another innovative component of our solution is our​ simple, fast “Google-like” experience supported by “Jarvix,” a virtual decision assistant.

Impactful

Impact for us means bottom line results. Our platform delivers simplified and instant access to diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, which enables decision makers to analyze disparate data sources in real time to derive actionable insights and make faster, better decisions.

Through our solution, we need to be saving our customers money or making them money. Hypersonix has already been implemented in a wide variety of restaurants and retail customer sites including well-known brands such as KFC, Taco Bell, Hilton and Marriott.

Customers have reported increasing top-line revenue by 9%, increasing in-store traffic by 7%, and increasing order value by 20% through reducing out-of-stock products. Overall, we’ve helped customers increase profitable revenue growth between 3% and 5%.
